GAM Cancellation Policy:

• If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, email Liz Lanier at least one week prior to the event. She needs to handle your cancellation so that she can manage the GAM waiting list.

• If you register but don't show up, then the SSBC cannot subsidize your lack of attendance. Your payment of $15 per registrant will not be refunded and we will bill you the additional amount of $10 per person to cover the full cost of the food and beverage service.

• Notification of Bona Fide Emergencies to Liz Lanier BEFORE the GAM will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. (Do not send an email to the SSCA as it may delay receipt of your issue!)
