The Southern Shores Civic Association (SSCA) is a nonprofit, member-supported organization dedicated to maintaining community amenities, stewarding natural resources, and fostering connections among neighbors.

Membership dues and volunteer efforts help support the beach accesses, parks, marinas, recreational facilities, trails, and community spaces that make Southern Shores such a special place to live and visit.

Whether you are a year-round resident, second-home owner, or eligible long-term renter, your membership helps preserve and enhance the community for current and future generations.
