Spring Social and Special General Meeting

 for the members of the Southern Shores Civic Association Racquet Club to be held on

May 4, 2024 at 3 pm at the Hillcrest Tennis Courts.

Rain date May 5, 2024

All members of the Racquet Club are invited to attend the Spring Social starting at 3PM followed by a brief meeting at 4PM to vote on a change to the Racquet Club Guidelines and other topics.  Food and Beverages will be served.

The Pickleball Courts and Tennis courts will be available for open play most of the afternoon - No reservations necessary.  The food and beverages will be available at the Tennis Courts at 3PM.

During the meeting we will introduce our board members noting the terms for Rick Koch and Tom Kent will expire this year.  Any interested individuals are encouraged to join the board at our Fall 2024 meeting.  The remaining board positions will become open in Fall 2025.

We will also approve the minutes from our previous Fall Social Meeting and discuss any new matters for the year.
