Elisabeth Silverthorne –
Is the Executive Director of the Beach Food Pantry. She has served in that role for about 7 ½ years now. She is originally from Mobile, AL but has lived on the Outer Banks for over 20 years. Elisabeth shares her home with a patient and even-keeled husband and a rescue dog and cat. She gets seasick on cruise ships but does fine on smaller vessels. She can also be bribed to speak in front of groups in exchange for free food.
